One Month of Long Runs

10K at 10:10 min/mile pace this morning. 80% HR, lots of hills, all with no ipod. It's amazing how ready to stop running at 50:00 minutes I was with no music in my ear to distract me from the pavement pounding. I see that my out time is faster than my back time, my HR must be creeping up on the way back.

Good job with all the training you've been doing, sounds like you have been running your ass off. Would of commented here or there I just dont have any experience or knowledge to give any meaningful comments. Hope there's an event for ya so you can reap some rewards for all this work you've been putting in. Do you ever do any routine running at Harbison?

I'm really intersted to see how good/bad my riding is now, Jim. I have not been on a bike in a month and a half. No running at Harbison yet, but I'm thinking of going over and running Lost Creek this weekend if the weather is dry. I'm thinking I'll be back on the bike in October.
