Dry Run 5k Goals

The Dry Run 5k is less than 24 hours away. My primary goal for this race is to get an accurate time for a real effort where hills are taken out of the equation. I want an honest time to plug into the fancy running calculators to help build my workout for the Ray Tanner 5k in a month. I'm going to do my best to run a sub 23 minute race. I also plan on not wearing my HR monitor per Tobias' suggestion to not look at my HR. I'll wear a watch and back off when I taste vomit in the running style of Monty :)
