Harrell's 6-4 Ride

Already looking forward to the Harrell's ride. I've been off the bike due to my crash and general busy schedule. I have every intention of holding an 11 plus average. I'll be interested to see what three days of rest does for the body.

NOTE: It's HOT. I will hit the trail around 5:30 and swing back around to the front lot at 6:00. Lost Creek clockwise > Stewardship clockwise > Spider Woman clockwise > Crooked Pine will be my route.

Update: It was hot. Jim, Tim, and I hit Lost Creek. I started fast and the heat got me. I slowed WAY down. Adam and Jim road the outer loop and I was going to hook back up at Spider Woman. I get to Spider Woman and waited and waited. It looked like it was getting dark so I rode Spider Woman and crooked pine out. Saw Toby S on firebreak and Toby P in the parking lot after. We were all there, just not riding as a "group" :) It was also really hot.

Stats:

15 miles
HOT
9 pokey mph avg
HOT
165 HR Average
