Shortened Workout
I did not feel great yesterday when I got home from work. By around 8:00 in the evening, I was ready for bed. However, I forced myself to take Chief on a slow 1 mile in 10 minutes and then ran a 7:40 mile solo. That was all I wanted. No intervals on the bike. I went to bed early to try to recover for a ride on Saturday morning.
