New Average Speed Commute Record
I held a 20.25 mph average speed on my return commute yesterday afternoon. With 6 traffic lights and rush hour traffic to boot. I've found that in order to hold such and average, you have to ride 24 mph on the flats. I don't really know how I could go much faster with the traffic and many starts and stops.

So you dropped a lot o hammers did you. That is one heck of an average through town. I don't think I could hold that on the open road by myself right now.
