Easing back into things

After a long holiday where I did fun stuff and visited family instead of running, I decided to ease back into miles with a short run. I laced up my shoes and ran 2 miler with the dog last night. It did not feel like enough when I returned to my drive way, so I figure I was spot with on the mileage. Later this week I'll run 4 miles. Next week I'll move back to 12 a week and a bike ride.
