Chilly 5k

Ran a 5k with Chief dog last night. It was cold, Audioslave was on the ipod and kept my feet moving. The dog was less than excited about a sub 40 degree run. The glow of Christmas lights made the run a little surreal. December will be a base mile month. It's too cold to run fast and I'm starting to get burned out on running. The new has worn off and it's just another workout method.
